The online site would not offer details without a charge. It appears that it is from copyright issues. David&#8217;s program is motivating, but costly. The seminar though is a sales pitch for a bootcamp costing several thousand dollars. <p>Monica&#8217;s bootcamps are priced much lower. Monica has a bootcamp I would like to know more about. I have long wanted to buy apartment buildings. The cash from property in apartments is much larger.</p>
<p>I would like to know more about this lawsuit between RE Mentor and <a title="Monica Main" href="http://www.squidoo.com/monica_main">Monica Main</a>. David&#8217;s company is called REMentor. I have seen both programs and they were both pretty good. Monica claims her program is up to date. Monica keeps giving the updates for free to me too as a past customer. Monica has kept her price super low.</p>
<p>I am interested in the multifamily property the most. Having many renters to spread the risk of income is the best way. Monica has alot of books in the works. Monica got in trouble with a options trading program a few years ago though. Main finally got out of stocks and options after trouble with the government. Monica is in apartments now and real estate. The safer income is in apartment buildings I think.</p>
<p>I would like to expand into office buildings one day. Monica has programs for all property types which is really nice. I have looked into David&#8217;s program and found it a good value. I got started in my investing career finally and it is nice.</p>

They got a letter from an attorney representing a four letter designation company. They are accusing us of making libelous statements. So, lets clear the air on the subject of the designations.</p>
<p>First, the boys are not a fan of four letter designations. Nevertheless, they cheer on getting more information and education. So, if you get that information or schooling from a designation company that is terrific. Nonetheless, the designation business or any training company that informs you that if you complete their training you will be an authority and are prepared to complete short sales is not telling you the truth.</p>
<p>You must be learned and get information. Nonetheless, do not let your designation to be your fall back. You should be an authority because you have had success in this business.</p>
