Earlier this year I discovered a program by Monica Main on how to buy apartment buildings. I bought her program and read through it. A few months ago while searching for reviews on commercial real estate programs on the market I came across a review for Austin Davis and his commercial real estate program. It took me some time to find a review of his program but when I did find some they had pretty good things to say about him. With lots of feedback on the review sites he has been making a bit of a wave in the industry.
I wanted to try it to see what it was like. I paid just under 0 for it and while the review did say his program was short and simple, I was shocked at just how simple and short it was.
